What Makes a Handover Clean Different
The dust comes back twice

When should we book the cleaning?
After the trades have finished and the dust has had a day or two to settle. Booking while painting or tiling is still under way means paying to clean the same surfaces twice.
Do you take away the debris?
We clear and bag packaging, offcuts and general waste. Large volumes of construction rubble, or anything needing a skip, should be arranged separately, and we will tell you at the site visit which category your job falls into.
How long does a post-construction clean take?
An apartment is usually one to two days across the stages, while a villa or a shop fit-out takes longer. How much haze and adhesive is present matters more than the floor area does.
Can you remove cement and grout haze from tiles?
Yes, using the product suited to the tile. Polished porcelain, natural stone and matt ceramic each need different handling, and natural stone in particular can be permanently damaged by the wrong acid-based cleaner.
Do you clean the windows and the glass?
Yes, inside and out wherever it can be reached safely from within the property or from ground level. High external glazing on a tower needs specialist access equipment that we do not provide.
Will you clean the AC after the building work?
We clean grilles and filters as part of the job. If the system has been running during construction and the ducting is dusty, that is worth a full AC service, which we can carry out at the same time.
